Freediving Class

Adventure Scuba held its first free diving classes in June and September, 2009.  

Many people had personal best times of breath holding during the class.  The longest breath hold in the class was over 3 minutes.  

Next class:  July 2012  (We usually have 1 class per year due to scheduling)

The class will consist of:

• Breath hold Techniques

• Safe Buddy & Rescue Techniques

• Physiology

• Diving Techniques

Class is limited to 12 people.

Cost of the class is $150 and includes certification card, class materials. Contact Adventure Scuba today to find out more details about the class.

Gear needed for Class:

Wetsuit 5-7mm, hood, gloves, Mask( low volume preferred), basic 'j' snorkel, boots or socks, fins (no split-fins, long blade preferred), weight belt (rubber preferred), weights.

You will achieve better performance with Freediving equipment , but it is not necessary.  We are now a Cressi, Yasbeck & Picasso dealer.  We have some freediving gear in stock.
